    Poor color, poor customer service

    The website picture is red. The website description says red. The red in person is actually orange. I emailed to return/exchange as instructed, received a standard return email that I would be contacted with a return shipping label within 3 days. That was over 3 weeks ago. The one star review is because they did arrive before Christmas even though I could not give them as a gift to someone who requested red.
