About the Role

Geometry is growing and we’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our team in San Clemente, California who thrives on building meaningful relationships and driving thoughtful, strategic growth. This role sits at the intersection of client experience and business development, serving as a key partner to our clients while helping expand our reach.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients, guiding them through solutions that align with their goals while uncovering opportunities to grow together. What You’ll Do

  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships across existing client accounts, serving as a proactive and reliable partner
  • Drive new business from prospecting through close, maintaining strong pipeline momentum and consistent follow-through
  • Leverage your professional network to create early opportunities and accelerate sales activity
  • Lead client conversations to understand needs, identify gaps, and develop tailored proposals aligned to budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including design, operations, and logistics—to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality client experience
  • Track and manage sales activity, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Represent Geometry across client meetings, showroom visits, industry events, and trade shows
  • Support broader sales operations, including order flow and data management, as needed

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • An established network and the ability to activate relationships quickly
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a relationship-first mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • A self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
