The most romantic month of the year is here, but if zoom calls, PTA, basketball practice, classroom Valentine’s parties and, well, life in general have made you lose that loving feeling, it’s time to get it back! Forget altruism, being kind rewards you with some serious benefits – like lowering blood pressure, improving heart health, giving you more energy and increasing your life span, according to the  Random Acts of Kindness Foundation. 

Not sure how to start spreading the love? When it comes to kindness, the more random the better! We’ve got 77 ways to show love to friends, family, neighbors and strangers all month – or year! – long.
