About the Role
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us grow through meaningful relationships with influencers, creators, and brands that genuinely align with who we are. This role is all about connection—building partnerships that feel authentic, drive real revenue, bring in new customers, and help create a community of like-minded people around our brand.
You’ll own partnerships end-to-end: finding the right people, building trust, launching creative collaborations, and scaling what works. If you love working with creators, thinking creatively, and turning relationships into growth, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Influencer Partnerships
- Own performance-driven influencer programs across ShopMy, LTK, and top creators
- Manage, measure and track influencer campaign ROI, including engagement rates, sales lift, and brand awareness metrics.
- Identify, recruit, and manage creators who drive measurable revenue and reach
- Lead gifting, briefing, contracting, and creator onboarding
- Track performance across conversion, revenue, content quality, and efficiency
Brand Partnerships
- Identify and pitch partnerships with brands that share our values and audience
- Create co-marketing campaigns, giveaways, content collaborations, and other creative activations
- Be the main point of contact for brand partners and keep relationships strong
- Spot new opportunities to grow revenue and reach through partnerships
Content & Community
- Work closely with our marketing and content teams to align partnerships with brand voice and goals
- Help build an engaged online community through collaborations and shared storytelling
- Support launches, campaigns, and moments that bring people together
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, creator management, or a related growth role
- A strong understanding of performance-driven influencer programs (ShopMy, LTK, affiliate, paid + organic)
- Proven ability to turn relationships into measurable revenue and growth
- Excellent taste and instincts for creators, content, and brand alignment
- Comfort owning partnerships end-to-end—from outreach and negotiation to launch and optimization
- A data-informed mindset: you know how to track performance, spot what’s working, and scale it
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with creators, partners, and internal teams
- A scrappy, proactive approach—you’re excited to test ideas, iterate quickly, and figure things out
