About the Role
Geometry is growing and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team in San Clemente, California who genuinely loves helping people and believes great service is a powerful way to build lasting relationships. This role sits on the front lines as a friendly touch point between customer and brand while delivering thoughtful, responsive, and memorable experiences to our customers every day.
You’ll be a trusted point of contact for customers, an advocate for their needs, and a key contributor in finding new ways to surprise and delight our loyal community. If you’re energized by solving problems, spotting opportunities to improve, and turning everyday interactions into moments customers remember, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers across multiple channels (email, chat, social, etc.), providing timely, friendly, and solutions-focused support
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues with empathy, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership
- Run day-to-day customer experience operations and initiatives
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall customer satisfaction
- Proactively look for ways to surprise and delight customers through thoughtful gestures, personalized interactions, and creative problem-solving
- Capture customer feedback and insights, and share them with internal teams to help improve products, services, and experiences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Uphold and champion our brand voice, values, and customer-first mindset in every interaction
- Understand our shipping, fulfillment and returns procedures from start to finish to help process all customer orders as efficiently as possible
What You Bring
- A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive customer experiences
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers
- Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence, especially in high-touch or sensitive situations
- A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to continuously improve the customer journey
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team
- Comfort using customer service tools, CRMs, or willingness to learn quickly
- Previous customer service or customer experience experience preferred, but not required
