    Great Towel, But Fades Quickly

    I do like these towels, but sadly after one wash, the color fades and the towel just doesn't look as good anymore. I washed per instructions and even emailed them about it. The black just doesn't stay black, it goes gray.

    Eye catcher for black & white

    Towel is beautiful & I'm

    Towel is beautiful & I'm sure my daughter will love. It’s a shame that it took almost a month to get! Ordered in mid November but only after I didn’t receive around Dec 10 did I investigate. Customer service was quick to respond but even though I explained I was going out of town for Christmas I needed by Dec 16 nothing extra was done to get the product to me. Very disappointed in customer service & fulfillment process
